Most investment clubs still run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, group texts, brokerage accounts, documents, and meetings. People bring different ideas, different experience, different information, and different points of view—and none of that has a place to live.

The Club
Every Club is different. Some have three leaders. Others vote as equals. Some require a simple majority. Others require two-thirds, or a second authorization before capital moves.
QVORVM doesn't decide those rules. Your Club does.
Your Club's Rules are its constitution—who can propose, vote, administer capital, and change the rules themselves.
Archons
An Archon isn't a chatbot waiting for a question. It is given a mandate and allowed to investigate continuously—filings, Reddit, risks that could destroy a thesis, or whatever the Club asks it to challenge.
Archons investigate. They never cast the Club's vote.
Assembly
When an opportunity is ready, the proposition becomes explicit. Members inspect the Council Brief, the evidence, the dissent, and the thesis. Then they vote according to the Club's Rules.
The Assembly decides. Not the Archons. Not QVORVM.
Forum
The Forum is where humans engage with the evidence. Challenge a Council Brief. Introduce another source. Ask an Archon to investigate a question. Argue that an opportunity shouldn't advance at all.

01 — Establish the Rules
The Club writes its constitution. Who may propose. How votes are counted. What quorum means. Who may authorize capital. In the old language, these are standing laws. In QVORVM, they are simply Rules.

02 — Task the Archons
Don't ask “what's a good semiconductor stock?” Launch a Campaign. Give a Council a mission, a time box, and a mandate. Archons investigate independently, challenge one another, and bring the strongest opportunities forward as Council Briefs.

03 — Keep the Disagreement
Councils create conclusions. Not decisions.
The objective isn't to force every Archon into agreement. Council composition itself reflects the Club's investment philosophy. A conservative Club can give Risk greater weight. A deep-value Club can assemble Value, Accounting, and Contrarian Archons.

04 — Evidence, then Debate
Research belongs in the Commons: filings, earnings, specialist analysis, Reddit, member documents, historical Council findings. Evidence stays connected to the claims it supports—so the Club can tell what is known from what is believed, disputed, or speculation.
Then the Forum makes the disagreement useful.
05 — The Assembly Votes
The humans who own the decision.
For. Against. Abstain. One-person-one-vote or ownership-weighted. Majority or supermajority. Quorum. Whatever governance the Club established.
Not the Archons. Not the Council. Not QVORVM.
06 — A Decree, then the Ledger
A successful vote becomes a Decree—a permanent artifact of what was resolved, who dissented, the thesis, the conditions, and what would invalidate it. Passing a Decree authorizes. Humans execute. Archons do not trade.
The Ledger remembers what happened, and why.
Years later, a Club shouldn't merely see XYZ +82%. It should be able to open the original Decree and see what it believed, what evidence it had, who disagreed, and why it invested.
